Medium Roast
Columbia Excelso
Colombia Excelso is a large green coffee bean, only slightly smaller
than Colombia Supremo. Excelso is a term used to grade quality due to
the correlation between bean size and coffee flavor. Supremo and Excelso
coffee beans are harvested from the same tree, then sorted by size
after the beans are processed. The Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica coffee
plant varieties harvested are washed then patio sun dried to achieve
their natural almond, caramel, chocolate, and grapefruit flavors.
Colombia farms are unique for their ability to produce coffee throughout
all 12 months of the year due to its range of micro climates and
terrain. Colombia Excelso green coffee beans are from the Antioquia and
Quindío regions of Colombia. Medellín, the “City of Eternal Spring”, is
the capital of the Antioquia department and the birthplace of Colombian
coffee.

SONNY'S LIGHT ROAST
Sonny,
a cheerful, yellow monster who brings a bright energy to his role as
a coffee bean roaster. Unlike his darker, dungeon-dwelling
counterparts, Sonny prefers the warmth of sunshine and specializes in
light roasts that capture the beans’ delicate, fruity flavors. With a
sunny disposition that matches his vibrant appearance, Sonny roasts his
beans under the open sky, always aiming for that perfect golden hue. His
light roasts are crisp and lively, much like Sonny himself, and have
gained a loyal following among those who seek a brighter, more uplifting
coffee experience.
DARK ROAST

The Darkness,
a mysterious, hooded monster known for crafting the
darkest, richest coffee roasts imaginable. Cloaked in shadows, little is
known about this enigmatic figure except for the deep, smoky flavors
that emerge from his roasting process.
With an almost supernatural ability to coax boldness from every bean, The Darkness specializes in roasts that are as intense as they are smooth.
Whispers say he work in the dead of night, harnessing unknown powers to create brews that captivate the senses and linger long after the last sip, leaving an air of mystery behind every cup.
